Standard Shipping

All orders are shipping 5 business days from the after you purchase. Excluding weekends. Free orders ship USPS First Class Mail. We are very busy and try and get the orders out as fast as we can. Thank you for your patience.
To see the status of your order, please check your receipt and it will tell you everything you need to know. Including a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Priority Shipping
♥ Priority Shipping when will it ship??
Priority orders will be pushed to the front of the line and ship out with Priority shipping within 48 hours . (Not including weekends) . The shipping is USPS Priority Mail and should be take approx. 1-3 days.

Priority Express Shipping
♥ Express Shipping when will it ship??
Express orders are shipped out ASAP usually within 24 hours (not including weekends.) This is the fastest shipping method we have. This shipping is usually overnight to 2 days via the USPS. To see the status of your order, please check your receipt and it will tell you everything you need to know. Including a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Shipping Delays and Customs Charges
♥ PACKAGE DELAYS
We do not guarantee a delivery date, once the package leaves our office and is accepted by the USPS.
We will ship your order within 3-5 business days, however, once USPS has received the package, the process of transit is out of our control.
♥ DELIVERED PACKAGE
We are not responsible for theft or wrongful delivery, once a package has been marked as delivered by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the package. If a package has been marked as delivered, yet has not been received by the recipient, it is the customer's responsibility to contact USPS directly. We do not provide refunds or replacements.
Please be sure to verify the shipping information provided at checkout is correct. If any adjustments are necessary, please contact us prior to your order shipping. Unless we are contacted, we will be shipping the package to the address provided.

Once the package crosses the border, we are no longer responsible for the package, we cannot track a package once it has reached customs. It is the responsibility of the customer to track their package. We will not reship nor refund packages after they have reached customs.
