WHEN IS MY ORDER SHIPPING??

All orders are shipping 5 business days from after you purchase. We are very busy and try and get the orders out as fast as we can. Thank you for your patience.
To see the status of your order, please check your receipt and it will tell you everything you need to know.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY JEWELRY BREAKS OR MY ORDERS IS WRONG?

Please contact us right away. I stand by all of my pieces. This is handmade after all and mistakes will happen. Even if you accidentally break a chain right away I usually cover it for free.

In the event of receiving the wrong item, we will absolutely correct the situation. Please come to us with ANY issues and we will correct our mistakes.

WHY DOES MY JEWELRY TURN MY SKIN GREEN OR BLACK??!!

Discoloration where a jewelry touches your skin is due to a combination of factors: the metal of the jewelry, the chemical environment on your skin and your body's immune response to the jewelry.

It's a common misconception that only cheap jewelry can turn your skin green. Inexpensive jewelry commonly are made using copper or a copper alloy, which reacts with oxygen to form copper oxide, or verdigris, which is green.

Silver rings can turn your skin green or black. Silver reacts with acids and air to tarnish to a black color. Sterling silver usually contains about 7% copper, so you can get the green discoloration too. Gold, especially 10k and 14k gold, usually contains enough non-gold metal that it can cause discoloration.

MY PACKAGE IS LATE

We do not guarantee a delivery date, once the package leaves our office and is accepted by the USPS.

We will ship your order within 3-5 business days, however, once USPS has received the package, the process of transit is out of our control.

DELIVERED PACKAGE

We are not responsible for theft or wrongful delivery, once a package has been marked as delivered by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the package. If a package has been marked as delivered, yet has not been received by the recipient, it is the customer's responsibility to contact USPS directly. We do not provide refunds or replacements.

If you would like to insure your package, please upgrade your shipping choice to Add insurance and Signature, or Priority Mail that is insured up to $100.

Please be sure to verify the shipping information provided at checkout is correct. If any adjustments are necessary, please contact us prior to your order shipping. Unless we are contacted, we will be shipping the package to the address provided.
